Shelly Falconer's Web Portfolio

I love the Internet! This passion led me to study web development at the Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, California. While working full-time, and attending classes in the evening, I was able to master Flash, Photoshop and ImageReady. I also studied the principles of screen design, and perfected my HTML and XML coding skills. I earned an Associate Degree in General Studies, an HTML Web Developer Certificate and an XML Web Developer Certificate. On top of HTML, XML and CSS, I'm also comfortable coding Javascript and SQL.

Mostly, I use a plain text editor for HTML, XML, CSS and Javascript, but I've also used Eclipse, NetBeans, PyCharm and Visual Studio IDE on other projects. I like using FileZilla for uploads, but have also used Putty.

I am a detail-minded team player with a strong work ethic. I am a very organized individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. I bring a can-do attitude to every project I take on. I like to spend my free time reading, testing new recipes, and rrunning 5k races.
